About Us

Shine OT is a specialised paediatric Occupational Therapy practice offering services to children from 2 years of age onwards..

Our Approach

Our philosophy is that each child and their family are unique and, therefore, we provide a customised and individualised service.

We focus on equipping and empowering young people, their parents, families and school staff with the skills necessary to support them to reach their very best potential.

Focus on School Readiness

School plays a large role in a child’s life.  Expectations of children’s readiness for academic learning and the pace at which they are required to learn have greatly increased in recent years.  While some children thrive, there are others who need more time to develop and practice new skills.

By looking at the whole child and doing the detective work to understand what is affecting their learning, we can make recommendations as to how to build your child’s skills.  We also provide customised therapy sessions to work on these skills if needed.
