The following fees apply for our standard services. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Assessments

Formal Assessment - $485
Includes written comprehensive summary, recommendations and a phone call consultation with OT. 

Sensory Profile Package - $485
Includes written comprehensive summary, recommendations and a 45minute face to face consultation with OT.

Additional school onsite visit and observation - $ 196 for 60 minutes

Comprehensive OT Assessment, including Formal Assessment, Sensory Profile and Visual Perception Ax - $725
Includes written comprehensive summary, recommendations and a consultation with OT

Motor Dysgraphia Assessment - $485
Includes written comprehensive summary, recommendations and a consultation with OT.

Intervention

Individual Session (30 minutes) - $98

Individual Session (45 minutes) - $145

Individual Session (60 minutes) - $196

Each 1 hour session includes 45 minutes of therapy and 15 minutes for administrative tasks

Professional Learning

Professional Development (per hour) - $350

Whole School Services

Kindy / Pre-Primary Screening - $125 per child
Includes written report

0 - 10 km's - $15 extra

10-20kms - $25 extra

20 - 40 km's - $ 35 extra
