Standard Consultation Fees

The following fees apply for our standard services. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Assessments

Formal Assessment - $485
Includes written comprehensive summary, recommendations and a phone call consultation with OT. 

Sensory Profile Package - $485
Includes written comprehensive summary, recommendations and a 45minute face to face consultation with OT.

Additional school onsite visit and observation - $ 190 for 60 minutes

Comprehensive OT Assessment, including Formal Assessment, Sensory Profile and Visual Perception Ax - $725
Includes written comprehensive summary, recommendations and a consultation with OT

Motor Dysgraphia Assessment - $485
Includes written comprehensive summary, recommendations and a consultation with OT

Group Self-Regulation Programme (ALERT Programme) - Not currently running. $450 per child.
4 x 45 min group sessions (group size 4 - 5 children) and OT consultation with parent/s. Please contact OT and register interest.
